Brass casting products – brass castings
Brass is a metal with a wide range of applications in both architecture and industry. We manufacture various types of decorative and technical brass castings, such as door handles, signs, plaques, medals or sculptures. We also realise individual artistic castings.
Copper-zinc alloys, known as brasses, are among the most common copper alloys. They are characterised by good functional and technological properties, and their good leamability makes them a popular metal both in the architectural field and in industrial technology.
For the production of decorative castings, we mainly dedicate brass alloys, whose good polishing properties make it possible to achieve a shiny surface. Decorative castings are often subjected to surface treatment and subsequent galvanic treatment. We offer chrome-plated castings, nickel-plated castings and gold-plated products.
Brass castings are mainly interior design elements such as brass door handles, rustic handles, brass signboards, brass plaques, statues, brass figures or brass letters. We also make bronze letters which we offer in several fonts and sizes.

The Adjatech brass foundry makes brass castings using only certified alloys from the PN standard, i.e. MO59, MO58, MA58 or from the DIN standard, i.e. CuZn39Pb2.
In our brass foundry it is possible to produce castings weighing up to 20 kg using the sand casting technique.
Artistic castings
To meet the needs of the important group of architects and designers, the company carries out realisations based on individual modelling and casting of decorative details and individual realisations of artistic projects.
The casting workshop often makes interior design elements, cast handles to one’s own design, cast window handles, cast ornaments, cast curtain rod ends, brass candlesticks, cast rustic lamps.
Outdoor realisations are mainly brass plaques, brass and aluminium plates, commemorative plaques as well as figure casting , metalwork and other utility castings made according to the designer’s and client’s pattern or design.
Artistic and decorative castings are mainly made in sand moulds using refined quartz moulding and core sands.
