We are a family-owned company with a foundry tradition dating back to the 1950s. The business for many years was focused on the design and manufacture of casting models for the marine and railway industries. In the following years the company evolved and in 2005, after an internal division, the company expanded the business to include foundry production, which has been developed and continues to this day.
Today, the foundry we run makes castings and finished products from aluminium or brass, and, on request, castings from metals enriched with specific alloy additives. For the process, we use only certified feedstock in accordance with PN, DIN and EN standards, which is additionally refined and degassed to ensure the highest material quality.
Our plant makes castings using its technological capabilities depending on the number of series and customer expectations. For the production of large-size castings and also for the manufacture of prototypes, we make use of the capacities of the sand mould foundry.
Aluminium castings and brass castings for small orders are made in sand moulds. Using this technique, we make aluminium castings in weights from 0.3 to 120kg and brass castings up to 30kg. The moulds are made of quartz and bentonite sands and our experienced staff of moulders and foundry workers guarantee the highest quality of the manufactured pieces.

For medium- and high-volume production, castings are made in steel moulds for use in both gravity pressure machines and low-pressure equipment. For die casting, the optimum productivity of our plant is 20 f/h for coreless production. A specific feature of the foundry field is the individual approach to each project, so details of efficiency and production capacity are treated individually and in consultation with the customer.

We manufacture cast gearbox bodies, cast scaffolding structural components, hubs and wheels, cast machine parts, railway castings and many other components to the customer’s technical specifications.
Among other things, castings are made on a low-pressure casting machine with a closing force of 1200 T and a mould working area of 1300 x 1300 mm. The low-pressure casting technology is dedicated to permanent, high volume orders.
The company accepts orders for large as well as small and medium-sized parts. Our services include not only technical castings for use in the engineering, agricultural, railway or shipbuilding industries, but also artistic and design castings. We accept orders for high-volume production as well as for one-off production, which is usually the case when artistic castings are ordered.
Our aluminium, brass, metal and bronze foundry offers a comprehensive customer service. In order to make castings, we use sand, die, metal and other moulds, depending on the size of the Customer’s order and the dimensions of the casting. Due to the fact that we work with experienced moulders, we can make castings to the Customer’s special order – for this purpose we usually use disposable moulds. In the case of the production of standard-size castings or during the production of large orders, we usually use reusable metal moulds of higher strength, which allow us to achieve identical dimensions and properties for all castings.
The high quality of our castings is guaranteed by the use of top-quality metal alloys and the excellent training of our moulders and casting staff. The aluminium castings we produce owe their durability and solidity mainly to the alloys used in their manufacture, which comply with the restrictive DIN, PN and EN standards. We apply similar criteria in the selection of alloys from which we make bronze, brass or non-ferrous metal castings. At the request of our customers, we can subject the castings to galvanic treatment, powder coating, varnishing, grinding or other treatments that give them specific properties.
