Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing and fulfilling orders, and for accounting and tax purposes, based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) and f) of the General Data Protection Regulation no. 2016/679.

Your data controller is Adjatech Metalworking Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań, Ściegiennego Street 139, 60-304, and an office in Janikowo near Poznań, Gnieźnieńska Street 26, 62-006.

Our company cooperates with external companies, and therefore your data will be transferred to courier companies, external accounting, IT and hosting companies.

Retention of Personal Data

Your data will be stored by our company for the period necessary to achieve the purpose, a maximum of 10 years from the date of completion of the service in the case of data used to provide and fulfill orders and 6 years in the case of settlement information.

Reasons for Providing Personal Data

Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, refusing to provide data necessary to provide services will make it impossible to provide them.

Personal Data Processing Rights

Due to the processing of your personal data, you are entitled to the following rights:

• the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of the data,
• the right to request correction of data,
• the right to delete data (in certain situations),
• the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection,
• the right to restrict data processing.

If your data is processed on the basis of consent, you may also exercise the following rights:

• the right to withdraw consent to the extent that it is processed on this basis. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

If your data is processed on the basis of consent or in connection with the service provided (data is necessary to provide a service), you may also exercise the following rights:

• the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from the data controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. You can send this data to another data controller.

To exercise these rights, please contact the Data Protection Officer (information above). Personal data will be deleted within 30 days of receipt of the application.
