The purpose of these general terms and conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) is to determine the principles based on which ADJATECH Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Poznan, Poland (hereinafter “ADJATECH”) will sell and/or deliver goods (hereinafter “Goods”) to its customers who are conducting business and not consumers (collectively referred to as “Customers” or individually as “Customer”). These GTC will govern all orders made by Customers, and the details of each order will be indicated by ADJATECH in an offer (hereinafter “Offer”). The GTC specifies the obligations of ADJATECH for the delivery Goods and the obligations of the Customers for the payment of the Goods. The Offer will contain terms of delivery, payment, and details of the Goods. The GTC also specifies the complaints procedure, the responsibility of the Customers, and general provisions regarding the applicability of Polish law and jurisdiction in case of any disputes.
